This Christmas Postcard was sent to us by Velma
and she had typed the following on the back:
"A bell's not a bell till you ring it.
A song's not a song till you sing it.
And love in your heart wasn't put there to stay,
Love isn't love 'till you give it away."
Therefore, whatever kindness I may show, let me
do it now, for I shall not pass this way again.
Have a blessed Holiday Season!
May we never forget.......

This group of pictures was given by Peggy Kutcher (Coffy). This is the
house she and her brother Jack grew up in on North Arch.
The following group of pictures was given by Donna (King) Long. Thanks for sharing.....
The picture to the
right has: Ernie
McCarty, Jim Harper,
Doyle Anderson (with
his back toward
camera), and Sam
Buehler with the wheel
barrow. They are
building the farm shop
building. Notice the
corn field across the
road and the steps to
the Elementary.
Mildred & Bray Toot, Tom Leek, and Irma Fox (marked x)
Carl Papai, Dwight King & Karl Merrick
The gymnasium had been decorated for the Jr./Sr. Prom. Doesn't it look
wonderful. It sure looks like everyone was enjoying themselves.
The next two pictures and obituary are of Bill Wishart and were sent to me by Karen Gray. Last
summer a lady visited Dellroy who had lived here when she was a small child. Her grandfather
was Bill Wishart. He was killed while helping to tear down the Glendale schoolhouse close to
where Bill Newell lives. He served on town council and owned land that ran from the
schoolhouse out to Earl Ledfords. His picture is also on page 20 with a group of men. The
picture of the man and little girl is Milton "Bill" Wishart and granddaughter Ruth Schoppelrey.
The woman is Viola Wishart.
